Order Process

  • How do I know what size box to order?
    • Arrange your products just as you would box them up.
    • Measure the INSIDE dimensions of the box size needed with a tape measure or ruler
      • Length (side to side)
      • Width (front to back)
      • Depth (top to bottom)
    • Add .25” to all dimensions to ensure easier packing.
    • If you are ever unsure on fit, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order.
  • How will I know my order has been accepted?
    • You will receive a confirmation email briefly after submitting an order and then another email to confirm that your artwork has been accepted.
  • What is a custom quote?
    • A custom quote can be requested if your project requires anything that can not be ordered on our site directly. This can be anything from a special quantity to an insert. Requesting a custom quote will put you in touch with one of our customer service representatives who will then work with you throughout the ordering process. When you are ready to place your order, an updated turnaround time will be given
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?
    • We have a $50 minimum order required, but there is no minimum order quantity. We also have the option to order a sample.
  • What if I want to order more than 3,000 boxes?
    • Please request a custom quote and someone from our customer service department will get in touch with you. Larger quantity custom quotes will also ensure you receive the most competitive pricing we offer.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    • Due to our quick turnaround process, your order gets put into production right after your artwork is approved. If you have made a mistake, please call us immediately and we will do our best to put your order on hold. If production has already been started, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Since all boxes are custom and made to order, we are unable to process a refund if your order is in progress.

Printing

  • Is there a limit to how many colors I can use in my design?
    • No, you can design with unlimited colors in mind.
  • Is your ink safe for food products?
    • There is no known safety concern, but UV inks are not FDA approved. Therefore, it’s best if the ink doesn’t touch the food directly. We recommend our digitally printed boxes to be the secondary package, not the primary package.
  • Can you print on the inside of the box?
    • Yes, we offer double-sided printing which will have printing on the outside and the inside of the box.
  • Can you print white ink?
    • Our printers are unable to print white ink. Please select any of our white board options if you have any white areas in your artwork. White will not show up on kraft board.
  • Do you offer any other printed options other than digital?
    • We also offer Flexographic and Lithographic print options. Please request a custom quote to start this order process.
  • What's the difference between Premium White and Premium White Printed With Gloss?
    • Our Premium White material is our finest white material. It has a smooth, sheen coating to make your graphics pop. Our Premium White Printed With Gloss uses the same material, plus a sleek high gloss UV ink is printed. Please do not choose Premium White Printed With Gloss material if you're ordering plain boxes with no print. Gloss can only be added to printed areas.

Turnaround Time

  • When will my order ship?
    • Our standard turnaround time for quantities 1-499 is 5 business days from the time artwork is accepted. Turnaround time for orders 500-3,000 quantity is 10-15 business days from the time artwork is accepted. If a custom quote is requested, turnaround time will be given when placing your order.
  • Do you offer rush turnaround?
    • If you need an order sooner than our standard turnaround, please request a custom quote. You will be put in contact with our customer service department who will let you know if we can manufacture your order in the timeframe you need it. If you need an order to ship to you sooner, you may also select an expedited shipping option.

Other

  • How do I get a blank template for my designer?
    • We sell die lines for you to purchase and download that can be sent to your designer to place artwork onto.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my order?
    • Due to all boxes being custom, we are unable to accept returns unless you received the wrong order, your order arrived damaged, or was printed/cut incorrectly. Our team will work with you to make your order right. Please note: you have 60 days upon placing your order to file a claim.
  • Where are the boxes made?
    • We are a complete manufacturing company that manufactures all of our boxes in house using the most state of the art equipment in the world. We also own a corrugator that makes our own corrugated material to manufacture the boxes. Whether it is plain, non-printed boxes, or boxes with print and graphics, we do it all.
